Business Schedules form is used to configure up to 100 weekly business schedules, which once assigned to Directory Numbers (DN) in the Call Rerouting form, switch the destination DNs from day to night mode and vice versa, using the destination's time zone. The assigned business schedule and its current business mode determines which Call Rerouting Always Alternative is chosen.
Use this form for the following tasks:
There are 100 schedules available for configuration; each page displays 10 schedules.
Use the left/right arrow or the Go To: search option to navigate to the required schedule. If using the 'Go To' option, you can search by: business schedule number, business schedule label or page number.
For each schedule:
The default business mode for 24 hours of each day is Night1; however, not all hours need to be Night1 - you can "override" this setting for the required time periods with the Day or Night2 business mode.
You can define up to 15 Day/Night2 business periods (multiplications of 15-min time slots) per day, for each day of the week and a holiday.
NOTE: Use the Scheduler to designate holidays.
NOTE: You can program only one holiday schedule from the Scheduler form. There is no option to program multiple holiday schedules; instead you can manually add Day/Night1/Night2 periods to a holiday that cannot be covered by the holiday schedule.
Each business mode (Day, Night1, Night2) is identified by a different color.
To create a new business schedule, you can
select a blank record and configure the required time periods (see Business Schedule - Details), or
copy the content of an existing schedule to a blank record (see Business Schedules - Copy).
